There will be two meetings on Tuesday 23.9.25 from 7.15pm in the Committee Room of the Acland Memorial Hall.

The first meeting is a Council meeting to consider a planning application for Woodland View, The Ridge.

Members of the public are invited to attend this meeting to talk to us, during the public participation session, about the new application for 25/01789/FULMAJ Holly Grange – Change of use from a care home to a house of multiple occupation. CAPC’s consultee comment for Holly Grange will not be considered until the 14.10.2025 meeting.

The second meeting is a Trust meeting for The Poor’s Allotments & Recreation Ground Charities. Key items on the agenda are:
